Store facts: why copy can't make things up
Proofsplit never invents claims. Treatment copy, whether written by you, the rules engine or the AI analyst, may only state facts you've entered under Settings → Store facts:
- shipping time, return window (and whether returns are free), free-shipping threshold, warranty, review count and rating, payment methods.
Copy is checked while you type and again at approval, in English and German. It's blocked if it:
- mentions returns, shipping, warranties or reviews that aren't in your facts;
- uses a number that doesn't match a fact;
- uses scarcity, urgency, discounts, guarantees, popularity or medical language;
- contains HTML or code.
Suggestions from your policies. If your refund or shipping policy states a return window, free returns, a free-shipping threshold or a delivery time, Settings shows it with the exact quote. Nothing is used until you click Use.
Language. Drafted copy is written in your store's language (detected from your catalog, or set under Store facts). German copy names the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht, never as a special benefit, because advertising a legal right as a perk isn't allowed in Germany. A longer, voluntary return window is shown as Rückgaberecht.
