Terms of Service

These terms apply between WS SOLUTIONS LLC ("we") and the merchant who installs or uses Proofsplit ("you").
The service
Proofsplit analyses your store and runs experiments only after you approve them. Statistical results are estimates. You remain responsible for what is published on your storefront, including the accuracy of shipping, returns, price and offer statements, and for offers you choose to test.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time by uninstalling the app or changing plan. Plan limits apply to connected stores, running experiments and tracked visitors.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to deceive shoppers, publish unlawful content, or interfere with Shopify's platform.
Data
We process store and shopper data as described in our Privacy Policy, on your behalf for shopper data.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or business protections where you are based.
